The dashboard – provides a central point of administration as well as a new application to monitor your printer landscape. Use the dashboard to add printers to be monitored, adapt the list of applications and plugins allowed and configure users. It delivers up-to-the-minute management information such as global status, consumer status, monthly output figures and peak use times for cost tracking.
The console – which communicates with the PRISMAsatellite server. The console delivers essential information about the entire printing operation, showing jobs, devices, queues, scheduling, and under- and over-utilised printers. It provides two user-friendly interfaces, one for daily operator tasks, and one for system configuration by the system developer. Tasks can be planned and a wizard helps users redirect jobs for increased printing efficiency, using simple drag and drop functionality.
PRISMAsatellite accepts documents of various formats from different input channels and produces multi-channel outputs ranging from paper to e-mail or archive, with some critical advantages:
