Canon’s Easy Service Plan gives you a number of options to meet your individual needs:

Installation and User Training
This plan includes the installation of your Large Format Printer, connection to the network, installation of drivers and training for a nominated user.

Advanced Operator Training
The Advanced Operator Training plan includes product troubleshooting, and covers the features and functions of the relevant software such as Adobe Photoshop Plug-in and PosterArtist 2009. 
 
3, 4 and 5 Year On-site Service
This includes service and parts for either 3, 4 or 5 years* and access to the Helpdesk or a Call Centre**. A choice of response times can be specified – either same day or next day – depending on your specific needs.
