Easy to use
The 6075i employs a responsive 8.4” SVGA colour touch-screen with a user interface that is easy to use and customize. Step-by-step tutorials on the device make it easy to learn to use.
End to end productivity
The 6075i combines a reliable platform with impressive output speeds, fast scanning and seamless integration to provide complete workflow productivity.
Scanning at up to 200ipm enables users to efficiently scan to a multitude of destinations, including back office systems like Microsoft SharePoint™.
Support for flexible file formats - such as Adobe® PDF, Adobe® PDF/A-1b and searchable/high compression PDF/XPS - enhance document usage possibilities. Scanned documents can be reviewed and annotated through Adobe Reader Extensions PDF - far more efficient than paper-based workflows.
A wealth of powerful finishing options can also be configured. Insertion, hole-punching, booklet printing, as well as C/Z folding are all possible.
The 6075i includes Canon’s proprietary UFRII print technology & PCL 5e/6. Optional Adobe® PostScript® 3, plus the Fiery-based imagePASS-U1 print server are also available.
Outstanding security
Documents can be secured throughout their lifecycle - from scanning to sharing, archiving and printing. At a basic level the Access Management System limits access by user, group, role or even by function, such as Universal Send.
Integration with the uniFLOW OM solution allows users to print securely from any device on the network. The Document Scan Lock Kit prevents unauthorised scanning or copying of paper documents. Access to collaborative documents can be controlled through integration with Adobe LiveCycle Rights Management Server ES. Other options such as encryption, data erase, and removable hard disks provide greater security for organisations handling sensitive data.
Groundbreaking environmental credentials
The imageRUNNER ADVANCE series is the first to use high-grade fire retardant bio plastic, made from plant-derived organic resources. Sleep mode cuts consumption to as little as 1.5W and low noise levels create a better working environment. Each device also adheres to both Energy Star and RoHS. |
